These Legal Notices and Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of flux.law and all content, information, and features made available through it (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Rubicon Law Group, Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as Flux (“Flux,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing any portion of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as they may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

1. No Legal Advice

The content on this Site (including service descriptions, articles, guides, pricing information, and any other materials, collectively, “Information”) is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel. The law varies by jurisdiction, evolves over time, and depends on the specific facts of each situation. You should not act or refrain from acting based on anything on this Site without first seeking advice from a qualified attorney in the applicable jurisdiction.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Accessing this Site, reviewing Information on it, or submitting a contact or inquiry form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Flux or any of its attorneys. Selecting or purchasing a subscription plan does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with Flux is formed only upon execution of a written engagement agreement countersigned by an authorized Flux attorney that specifically identifies the scope and terms of representation. Until such an agreement is in place, no communication you submit through this Site will be treated as privileged or confidential.

3.5 Past Results

This Site may describe engagements or outcomes from matters in which Flux has represented clients. All results depend on the particular facts, circumstances, and legal issues involved. Past results are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of a similar outcome in any future matter.
